About Us

Living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest for decades, we have bought and sold homes, been tenants and landlords, and been clients of other property management companies.  Our experiences gave us a great understanding of the challenges that owners and tenants alike may experience as well as the firsthand knowledge on how to solve them.  

Rhona Stultz

     Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Rhona is an avid lover of nature and the environment.  Prior to getting her real estate license, she has worked several years in various aspects of the beverage industry and is a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps.  As a licensed Real Estate Broker, she is always tuned into evolving market.

Daniel Stultz

     In addition to over a decade’s experience successfully managing hotels, restaurants, and bars Dan has also worked in retail management after serving in the US Navy.  He has an Oregon Property Manager License and is a member of the Salem Rental Housing Association and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Daniel and Rhona met in 2005 while living and working in Seattle.  They have been married since 2010 and have a great dog, Brooklyn, which they adopted from the Humane Society.
